​What's the role about?

We’re looking for an Odoo Application/Technical Support Specialist to join our team. Don’t worry if you haven’t worked with Odoo before—what matters most is your passion for problem-solving and your drive to learn. Your job will be to help users get the most out of Odoo, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Here’s what you’d be doing:

• Help users by providing first-level technical support, answering questions, and solving Odoo-related issues (we’ve got your back for the tricky ones!).
• Guide users through Odoo modules like sales, CRM, accounting, and inventory — we’ll train you to be a master in system functionality and configurations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and system monitoring, and help keep things running smoothly by testing updates and resolving minor bugs.
• Collaborate with our technical team to implement solutions based on user feedback and escalate more complex issues to senior support or developers when necessary.
• Possibility to expand competence to technical tasks, including reading and writing code.
  
  

What helps you succeed?

• Experience with any ERP system helps.
• Skills in SQL, XML, Python (or other languages).
• Good communication skills in Finnish and English are a must. Our customers are mostly Finnish-speaking but your colleagues might not always be.
• You are curious and eager to learn by nature.
• You love solving problems and figuring things out both individually and as part of a team.
• Ad hoc tasks and taking responsibility don’t scare you.
